During the summer of my junior year in highschool, i decided to play World of Warcraft for 30 days and document my Journey.
background information on myself
i am 18 years old, i love MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Games) genre games.
Mmorpg - Massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) is a genre of computer role-playing games in which a very large number of players interact with one another within a virtual game world <en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mmorpg>
Before I came to World of Warcraft I played Everquest Online Adventures for the PlayStation 2 from when I was 12 til when I was 15 (7th grade until the very end of my freshmen year)
What many people don't know and don't understand is that these games tend to be addictive. What broke my addiction was I finally got banned for duplicating items. from sophomore year until my senior year i have been free of these games and my grades had never been higher.
why did i come back? i wanted to see what makes these games so damn addictive and i wanted to see how well i can cope with quitting.
